We grew reds a few years in a row and won this place potatoes at the 4H fair.I like reds. The skin has a crisp flavor that's great with butter and garlic or green onions. Russets and Idaho's are too earthy for my dainty pallette. I don't think I've had many yellows unless I didn't know it at the time.
These ones did not quite make the cut, however. I can’t remember if we entered them in the weirdest vegetable division we’re not.
