There are various different kinds of cloacae as well. A rooster for instance doesn't have a p and so the chickens do a cloacal kiss. Then the reason reptiles and especially snakes have such wildly different penises is to properly fit their females cloacae and thereby lower the risk of cross species breeding.

And then you have the domestic duck, the only way a female duck has to make sure that the father of her offspring is healthy is to have a crazy twisty turny cloaca thus necessitating the male to develop a crazy corkscrew dick.

There's also squid with a penile Tentacle longer than their body.
