Archetype might be the wrong word here, but we've been debating MILFs and Cougars over on another thread, so I thought it might be quite fun to make as long a list of possible of the various descriptive words for women with a certain outlook or body type who feature regularly in erotica. I'm suspect I'm explaining this badly, but if I get the list started it might help show what I mean... In approximate order of age.

Party Girl/Goer - a younger girl who enjoys partying and usually casual sex.
Daddy's Girl - a younger girl who specifically likes older men.
Wallflower - a girl, usually younger, who has difficulty finding romantic/sexual partners.
Femme Fatale - a woman who uses their sexuality to get what they want, usually to the detriment of the man in question.
Yummy Mummy - a woman who is still attractive despite have a young child/children.
Hotwife - a wife who sleeps with men other than her husband
MILF - a mum I'd like to fuck.
Cougar - a woman who sleeps with men who are significantly younger than her.
Matron - a strict authority figure, not necessarily a nurse, but usually in a position which combines discipline and care for a younger man.
GILF - a gran I'd like to fuck

That should be enough to get us started. (Depend-ing on the success of this thread, someone by all means set up a male equivalent one). I'll pop back and update the list with other suggestions periodically.

-- New Additions 8th May --

Mother Natures Child - love sex outdoor, hiking and nature.
Athlete -naturally sport and views sex as a great way to stay in condition.
Manic Pixie Dream Girl - a character that exists solely to inspire the male character to do something to solve or advance the plot.
Chav - (actually unisex) - unique to UK. Although Bazzle struggled gamely to define this one, if you know you know, if you don't know thank heavens for your ignorance.
The Lady - excudes an air of refinement, dresses elegantly at all times, and makes everyone around her more mannered. Where sex fits into her lifestyle, AwkwarldySet wasn't clear although presumably the correct positioning of her pinky finger during it is a matter of some etiquette.
Mountain Girl - unshaven, ambisexual, peasant blouses, barefoot, luxuriant armpit hair sticking out of sleeveless tops.
JAP (Jewish American Princess) - Insufferably superior, status fixated, impeccably assembled, Daddy's girl, if not an MD or a lawyer, a male is not dating material [it's probably going against the spirit of th thing to say that none of the Jewish American ladies I've known have every been like this, but apparently it does seem to be a thing outside of my cultural expertise]
Bimbo/Trophy Wife - [no definition provided, perhaps wisely, my attempt...] A woman appreciated more for her appearance than her intellect.
Tomboy - [again, no definition provided...] A woman who embodies some stereotypes more commonly associated with men.

[I'm excluding jobs like nurses, librarians etc. as, while they are fetish material, we'd be here all day trying to list them all and their core attraction can be boiled down to something else, that said various 'sex worker's are probably different enough to be worth including]
The Professional - someone who is really really good at sex because it's their job.

I'm including the next three, but using AlinaX's definitions just to be safe...(well, safer, this thread is already scary enough for me)
Slut - A woman who doesn't know her place
Whore - A woman who knows her place and makes you pay for it
Gold digger - A woman who plays by her own rules

Sugar Baby - a gold digger with an age difference.
Sugar Mommy - the inverse of a sugar daddy.

Vixan - similar to a hotwife except that the husband is also going out as a 'stag'.
Bitch - [dictionary definition given as] someone who is belligerent, unreasonable, malicious, controlling, aggressive, or dominant. [What does this mean as an archetype]

[Some more from me]

Bombshell - she might not be a Playboy model but she could have been. Her problem is not so much finding lovers as fending them off.
Career Woman - a high-powered executive who has high powered sex.

-- New Additions 9th May --

The Girl Next Door - doesn't make much sense to me because someone presumably lived next door to Marilyn Monroe. Still, ordinary, down-to-earth but still quite nice.
The Little Sister - yeah.
The Big Sister - no one suggested this one, but I'm a sucker for logical inference.
Spacey Arty Types - not sure if this is covered by manic pixie dream girl, but if not here it is...

[Not sure the extent to which AlinaX was serious but here they are...]

Golden Warrior - A women who will gladly piss all over you and won't take any shit.
Amazon - A woman with only one recorded breast. Possibly a cock too. Answers to Alexa.
Tanka Maid - A woman with a whip who counts syllables.
Witch - A woman who keeps having to correct typos.

I don't have a definition, but I guess it's a perjorative term for somone overly willing to say yes to sex, who you usually end up sleeping with after you struck out on your date with Miss impossible

I think you are missing “Nature girl” and/or “Athlete girl”. Someone who likes sex outdoors, loves skiing or hiking, and knows how to fit two bodies into a mummy sleeping bag. Or an athlete that trains at a gym, or perhaps plays on a post high school team, and views sex as a way to stay in condition.

Party girl would have a more urban feel.

Chav...

Not sure if it's unique to the UK.

That warm friendly woman that wants to put on a size too small dress that is too short on the leg or chest, which ever way she tugs it.

Her bleach blonde hair is pulled up into a ponytail so tight that it's called the "Essex Facelift".

She has borrowed her boyfriends plaster trowel to put on her foundation and her lipstick colour matches the Ferrari that she wished the boyfriend drove rather than the 10 year old Corsa.

Sapiosexual - Viewing a woman as attractive due to her intelligence
Callipygian - Women who have shapely or attractive buttocks

Put the two together and what have you got?

There is some objectifying in this idea of yours, even though I guess your motivation likely comes from wishing to list the female archetypes we can find in Lit stories and not from a misguided notion to categorize women ;) .
In that sense, I'll contribute with one more generous archetype: "The Lady."
She is usually middle-aged or older, dressed elegantly at all times, even when at home, and she exudes an air of refinement. Her presence alone makes everyone around her act more mannered.

I usually default to TVTropes when thinking about narrative archetypes. Their list on tropes that are Always Female provides a pretty exhaustive accounting that covers everything everyone has said so far in this thread. 😊

Pedant mode: 'Archetypes.'

Fixed your post.

What, no "Slut"?

Slut applies to all of them, except the wallflower, who no one wants to read about because she's not a slut.

Add Bimbo/Trophy.

Also could add Tomboy but she'll be hanging out with lonely wallflower around here.

You realise you're going to end up with 256 archetypes. Not enough for every day of the year but almost.

I don't think I ever saw that episode of Voltron.

I’ll just add I will never, ever, under any circumstances, EVER use the term “yummy mummy” for anything.
My wife uses it , but only in a mocking, slightly derogatory way. I'd never heeard the term before she used it.

Well, I used the words "slut" and "whore" in my latest story's Part 2, when the wife is concerned with the labels others outside of the Literotica Convention might apply to her. And I've used them in other Loving Wives" stories (as I've seen others use) with the following contexts:

Slut - a promiscuous woman who enjoys sex in a subjectively excessive manner.
Whore - Prostitute or A slut who takes money for sex in a transactional manner, not to be confused with:
Gold Digger - A girl or woman who is looking for a longer-term relationship solely for the money.
Lady-of-the-night - another term for prostitute (mentioned in one of my Book Club stories.)

The wife in my story "Pavlov's Dog - 750 Words" clarified those definitions when her husband called her a "whore", when she says, "I didn't charge him money, so I'm a slut, not a whore!"

Also, the women in my "Book Club" series defined:
Vixen - (similar to "hot wife") a woman who goes out for sex with another man with her husband's encouragement and approval, but with the husband doing the same in his complementary role as a "stag"

(That's spelled out in my story "His Vixen".)

EDIT:
And let's not forget one of my wife's favorite terms:
Bitch - (per Wikipedia) When applied to a woman or girl, it means someone who is belligerent, unreasonable, malicious, controlling, aggressive, or dominant. In context, when she's being overbearing, and I call her a "bitch!", her reply is always to sweetly say: "But I'm YOUR bitch!"

EDIT 2:
There's also Sugar Baby - which I choose to define as a younger, usually college age girl who depends on the financial support of an older, wealthy man for her to pay for her lifestyle. (Mentioned in my Book Club series, when an older woman ponders if she can be the guy's sugar baby if she goes back to college.)
