We are opposed to cutting the functions of government. Only cost-cutting that doesn't is acceptable. And if there's really as much waste and bureaucratic bloat as RWs say, cutting costs without cutting functions should be easy.

Cost is only one of many problems faced by the healthcare industry which I won't go into...but you are ok with a bloated, money wasting government.
