Without details, you might not get much response. Collaborations don't come easily. You'd be better off getting some content of your own published - that way other people can see what you're writing, your style etc.

Collaborative writing usually comes from writers finding someone whose material they like, an exchange of PMs behind the scenes, that kind of thing.

What EB said, you'll need to pay your dues first, show us what you can do! Show us how well you write, publish a few stories, get involved in the Author Hangout and Story Feedback forums! If you're good, you'll find an audience, you'll get some positive feedback, you'll make connections with other writers here, most of them are quite nice

Also that seems like a biiiig red flag to me. Do you want a writing collaborator, or are you just looking for a hookup?
