Many women wear ankle bracelets just because they are a type of jewelry that they like to wear. My wife wears hers a lot and we do not have an open marriage. As @amigayorbi has said, unless it specifically spells out that she is a hotwife through lettering or directly, an otherwise unadorned ankle bracelet probably just means she likes to wear an anklet.

Instead, she (and her husband, if that's their thing) can approach just the 5 or 6 guys she DOES find attractive and have a near 100% guarantee that at least one of them would say yes to having NSA sex with her, perhaps in front of her husband if, again, that's their thing.

It is very unlikely to be approached just because of the anklet, it depends on which kind of circles you move in.
