Cock Talk

I don't care, but then I have no issues with anonymity. If I'm talking to you off of here, then I like you enough that you already have my real name.
But I know that's not the case for other people, so honestly, whatever is easier.
See, this has always been how I operate. No need for apps.

I agreed to try Skype a couple of months back, and it does have features. The ability to leave short voice clips is nice.

. . . . . .

It just occurred to me you can probably do this on your phone somehow. 🤔

I was not born to deal with technology. 🤣

Signal is my preference.
It’s gotten better, it seems. At first it was a little clunky. But it’s more user friendly now.
This is not something I've heard of.

Okay. Totally weird place for this, but I had zero idea where else to ask.
So, Skype is closing down.
What are people switching to? Is there a comparable app?
I've used Google Chat for a while. But only for written messages. Have never used Google Meet (video chat) or any audio message feature in Chat. I've had no issues, but one friend couldn't get the notifications to turn off.

I've tried Teams. It seems pretty similar to Skype. All my contacts and conversations automatically transferred. Have not tried the video chat or audio message features yet.

Using kik with one friend. I'm not at all a fan, but he's reluctant to use Teams as he also uses it for work. Although, from what I've seen, you have to be logged in to your "devious purposes" account to message your Lit friends. I would think they shouldn't show up as contact options in your work account.

This is not something I've heard of.
You missed out on Signal Gate?
Just be very careful when adding people to group chats. 🤣

There is a setting to unlink the discord calls from your phone’s call settings (so it doesn’t log them and also doesn’t ring in like a normal call). I just tried to find it to screenshot for you but idk where it is. It’s there somewhere though.
Found it! @EvaLane

A friend tells me that Telegram does all that most people need it to. Texts, voice notes and a video call option too.

Personally, I find the likes of Instagram and Snapchat perfectly good apps for chatting and the like.

(Sorry, Muscles. 🤷‍♀️)

(Annoying as I just learned how to navigate the darn thing.)

Feel free to return to the regularly scheduled program. :p
In all seriousness, what's wrong with Lit PMs?

In all seriousness, what's wrong with Lit PMs?

Some of my best connections never left site, but there’s something exhilarating about pushing the envelope a bit further.

I really enjoy getting to know someone so I don’t really care if it’s PMs here or elsewhere, but if things escalate… well I don’t wanna play a game of telephone with Vocaroo, y’know?
