Typical bullshit response…Yea I have another 6 days ahead of me, I asked my boss what the point of me working so much is since we have tons of employees off on Saturdays and his response was I'm the supervisor I need to cover shifts before the workers do
Funny thing is though he works maybe 5 or 6hrs a day and is never there on the weekends, but his excuse is he does shit from home and he is salary so it is a waste for him to come in to cover

I've been in management for well over 20 years.... I'm talking upper management and he should be working as hard as you if not harder... that's what a manager is paid for. I was always the first one in covering shifts or whatever needed done before another manager. The only time I didn't was for one of my kids and I never had a problem with another manager covering because they all knew I would be there for anything else. It was a team effort. He needs to be apart of the fucking team. I hate managers like that. I just want to punch him in the dick
