So do I. Downtown Redmond is nothing but apartment after apartment. Kids in this area can't afford to buy a home so news apartments are everywhere. And most are NOT cheap!

I bet. My brother lives in Kenmore and it’s now apartment-ville. It’s just a crossroads of stop n go traffic. Hwy 522, 68th, I-5… no light rail. He’s in the middle of a divorce and wondering if they should sell or keep as a rental I think so
