I bet. My brother lives in Kenmore and it’s now apartment-ville. It’s just a crossroads of stop n go traffic. Hwy 522, 68th, I-5… no light rail. Now that you bring up light rail, let me remind you how politicians fucked that up 30 years ago. The federal government offered Seattle a light rail system in about 1990. Between the county council and Seattle city council, they argued for a year about where it should go, so the feds gave it to Atlanta!I bet. My brother lives in Kenmore and it’s now apartment-ville.
