Clue... The moderator/s for each forum are named at the top of each forum contents page. Click on the name and dm them.

It looks like you don't have your DMs turned on. You should be able to fix that in your account settings

Under account, it says: Messenger style. I have the box for conversations clicked. Is there something else or another location that I need to be at?

Ahhhh, the current curse of the lit AV!

Once you upload, they don't show until they're moderated (to stop dicks posting... well, dicks)

This could happen really quickly, or not. I've seen some people's change next day. My last AV change took a month...

Also, at one point you had to make at least 100 posts before an AV could be added. Not sure if that's still the case

Not sure where to ask this.. but how long should it take for:

1. New stories to be approved? I have had my stories in queue since May 1 now. No news on it still
2. New series to be approved? I created a series for my story and it is still in pending state for 12 days. It has been pending moderation from Apr 22/23.

Moderators on the forum have nothing to do with the story side. From what I understand, some take longer depending on the category.

If you post this question in The Author's Hangout forum, they could give you better ideas about how long things normally take.

I'm not a mod, but I'd assume your AV showed nudity. There has been a little chat on that subject recently on the site...

As to your jpegs and gifs, it will either be due to nudity, or that you used bbcode to link then from pic hosting sites, or places like tumblr. The site no longer allows this

Hi, my AV and all the rest only showed breasts, never more than that, and there are tons of that here.
And I never used links to other websites.

And why didn't I get any reason from a moderator for that measure? I am her since 2013 and my postings never were a problem.

Have you paid attention to the furore about the new zero nudity policy that has been launched recently?

There will be no nude pics anywhere on site, and this applies retroactively.

You didn't get a "reason" because a moderator didn't take action, the admins/owners are doing this. The new policy was put out and it's been posted on several forums.

You are not able to attach images to private messages in Lit Chat or in PMs in the forum. A lot of people opt to upload a picture to a 3rd party hosting site and share a link to that image.
