Pretty good. I’ve done shoulder PT before so it’s a rehash. Got to go through the motions if I’m going to get referred to Ortho and see if it needs surgery.

I’m working through 3 ortho/PT referrals, shoulder, knee, hand. That doesn’t account for everything else that’s broken or hurts. Growing old isn’t for the weak. Thankfully I’ve found all you Brats that give me a hard enough time to know I’m loved…I went that way with ortho and pt on my knee, thankfully I was able to rehab it! #WhenSamTriedKrav
