Morning.... How was your last couple of days? Were they ok?

They were about what I expected. The two team members I manage are on the opposite ends of the age range. One is a young self starter just two years out of college. She has all the enthusiasm you want in a new team member, but when she doesn’t get her way she acts like a spoiled child. The other is in her mid 60’s and everything with her is a struggle. If she’s not implying that there is sexual harassment, then it’s age discrimination, or even prejudice because of underlying health concerns. None of these are valid, she has had a rough employment history, but I get the feeling she’s played these cards where ever she’s been. These two make it challenging for me, and this month is annual appraisal time so it’s taxing on me to give them accurate appraisals without sugar coating them.

I love women in lingerie. I think black probably affects me the most. Not sure it matters but I’m willing to do thorough scientific research on the subject
