well they obviously concented to take the picture publicly hence the poses even the in the background, and as public servants they waver there rights as part of there duity ..and its ok if you reported it , thats cute , and if they deem it removable for whatever reason ill respect that decision ,.. also glad your not the mod you seem pretty sensitive. apologies to you if offended because your stance is not inline with my views
