Yeah... I have found that the only thing a complaint would get me is pissed off vengeful neighbors and I have enough to worry about

And then I was down for the count…

I know of someone (friend of a friend) who ate half a pan of them. They were warned not to, but did it anyway. Apparently the result was sleeping for a long time, and waking up with a "I'm never going to do that again attitude!".

I'm like 20 pages behind this morning. Tax stuff is driving me batty, along with prepping equipment for summer. Finding more broken or nearly broken things than I wan to. Which means lots of fixing stuff this weekend (OK, more ordering parts, but tearing half way into stuff to find what's broke to order the damn parts!). So the garage is full of things spread out in pieces.

Looking foreword to a Monday and starting work this morning so I can "Relax some". LOL!

Good to see you get stuff done. I have a gravel parking area and am gonna get it tarred as the gravel gets everywhere and is a pain. I decided to swallow the pain to the wallet to get rid of gravel.

Yes, gravel is a pain. Our snow is melting and I can see the massive piles of gravel that have left the driveway with the snow blower last winter. There's going to be a lot of cleanup this spring...

Met a bunch of moms at the volleyball tournament (one of the benefits of volleyball!) from Indiana. NW IN.

I grew up in a small town in Indiana ....though I've been in Ohio quite a while now! My sister coaches club in Indiana. Theyjj were in Tennessee this weekend

It gets away from me ....I need someone to bring their tractor and box qnd rough it up.... or pay someone to do it...... that always seems to be what I have to do.... pay pay pay

You could always buy your own tractor. But my guess is it would be cheaper in the long term to just pay someone once in a while. If you're in a small town, finding that local guy who just bought a new tractor willing to work for some cash and a pan of brownies would be ideal...

Having the need for a tractor, I have one, and the costs are NOT zero. The advantage is being able to do the jobs myself, when I want/need to. However, I still pay for bigger equipment and an operator when I need access to them. So paying isn't the end of the world.

It's a beautiful, sunny Spring day here. Late up today, having been up till 2:00 watching Rory McIlroy achieve golfing immortality.

Do they do the same for golf as for American Football at least? Edit out all the time outs and chatter and commercials? I remember watching American Football at 2am local Scotland time thinking, "See? It doesn't take 3 whole hours for just one game!"

Had electrical panel issues yesterday which got sorted out.

I was thinking pot does not take 30 minutes but then it came to me. Oh! BROWNIES!

Yeah - had that joy w/ 2 friends in Amsterdam 30+ years ago. When the cake at the café didn't hit immediately, they called the waiter over to order more. I just got finished explaining how biology and digestion work when the waiter told them they recommended waiting about a half hour between orders to give it time to work. I felt so validated! Still had to babysit them for the next few hours

Around midnight there must have been some storms as my old dog woke me up. He was shivering badly so I had to stay up with him awhile before going back to sleep.

I'm amazed how well you function with your sleep interrupted so often. Of course, I would do the same for a family member. Hope you get a nap, if needed.

I’ll be going to our valley Forge office on Tuesday and then into Philly again on Wednesday.

And pretty much while the wall meetings all the rest of the time.

I think spring is on it's way. A few bare spots are starting to show in the yard. Although it's windy AF right now, and weather service is calling for 3"-9" of snow! Now we start the wet miserable sloppy time of the year!
