Just after midnight and I'm all caught up! Sorry, B2! I need to meet my curfew tonight! 😏

I had a middling day. Woke up with a sore throat this morning. Sneezing and snotty, too. Probably allergies but decided to have an easy-ish day today.

I stripped a Costco rotisserie chicken. Sexy music and all! 😅🤣😅 The bones went into the "bone bag" to roast for stock. The dark meat went into a bag for my housekeeper. I don't like dark chicken meat but she does. What was left of the white meat went into a bag for me. My little girl was very attentive and helpful during this process!

I also started my taxes. A bit early this year! 🤣🤣 I would have finished them but didn't get the SSA-1099 for my husband. 🙄😤 I'll try to call SSA tomorrow, maybe... Or, more likely, file an extension until I can get the form. As it is, I'm getting a refund ATM. The little bit of SSA won't affect that.

Sleep well and wake refreshed and ready to do battle with Monday! It's Monday already across the pond. How is it, G and NC? 💝✨💖

Ps… did you wear your pink gloves and pink glasses for safety reasons during assembly and cotter pin bending?

I'll have you know I've used needle nose pliers before! Just not for cotter pin turning! 😅😅

Seems my DF has way more patience than you, G! 🤣😘💞

It's a beautiful, sunny Spring day here. Late up today, having been up till 2:00 watching Rory McIlroy achieve golfing immortality.
 
Up. Kinda running. Had electrical panel issues yesterday which got sorted out. One leg of the main went out after bedtime, so I have half of the 120V side and none of the other or of the 240V stuff. Not like I need it for the week, but it's one more damned thing to fix on this fucking old house which I have been over for years. Getting ready to hit the road soon, after packing an' sich.


At least there's coffee, right?

Good morning diners. Taxiing my grandchildren this morning. Then spending time with my son.

Around midnight there must have been some storms as my old dog woke me up. He was shivering badly so I had to stay up with him awhile before going back to sleep.

Have a good day. It’s going up to 70 today!
