Okay so you guys all know I love animals I love dogs I love cats not a big fan of birds but hey to each his own. It's fun and Archie are the neighbors dogs, who are my loves. We have a stray cat named Oliver that likes to roam around and visit he is my love. I love Gray's dogs Watts cats Lil's puppy dog. I love b2's little old man, and anybody else's animal who needs love I love them. I even like groundhogs, possums, and trash pandas. I don't pick them up, but I love them. What animal I do not love, it's a dog next door on the other side, he throws himself against his fence all night and causes banging noises that keep me up, he barks me every time I go to my car. No barking is it right snarling and foaming at the mouth is more like it. He also likes to bark incessantly about 5:00 every f****** morning. I'm about ready to go over there. Keep your dog quiet it wouldn't bother me so much but she leaves those dogs there, with a doggie door probably food build up for two or three days at a time. It is annoying and I don't like it. Sleeping just fine on Sunday morning and bang bang snarl snarl bark. God it's annoying

You'd love where I live..pristine quiet all day long...except after a rain. I have a pond nearby and the fu*king frogs hooting & tooting drive me crazy(er) till dawn. Along with the night owls, crickets, and bigger critters in the brushes.

Yeah.... I would get used to that after a while.... I think.... the banging fence is preventable.... I am very grouchy so today I don't have the patience for it

It is. Packards were rated at the time as having the bestest interiors in the industry - at least the top-o'-the-line (like this one) models. I'm pretty sure that we're looking at original cloth in that car. What we likely can't see is the top of the back seat is faded and pulling to pieces where the sun has worked it over when it was outside.


I kinda enjoy the low-tech bits. It means that drivers need to know a few (more) things. It also means that, if ever there is an EMP, these cars will still get the the grocery stores.

I went for a walk yesterday and the weather was perfect in the upper 50s. Families were at the park which included some trails for us older folks and an amazing play area for the little ones. The children’s laughter brought a smile.

But my aging hip and knee began to object to what I used to consider a gentle incline. I am getting it checked out in the future. Pain is not my friend 😂.

Which is why I don't tend to check in at the 3am meetings unless I'm so wide awake sleep is unlikely.

Yesterday it rained. No farm work except to fill up the wood bins at the farmstand.

We went to Philly. My daughter is coaching an under -12 nationally ranked team in Philly at a big tournament. They are really good. But yesterday they met their match. They went 0-3 against some really good teams from Indiana, Texas and Virginia. But they played well, and each game and set was competitive.

I was proud of her and her team.

And after that we found the BEST Philly cheesesteak place. Pat’s and Gino’s on South street are the two places everyone talks abt, but anyone in the know, knows you have to go down to Passyunk ave to find the real places.

Found an amazing place tucked into a little neighborhood. Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had!!

Sorry they lost, but sounds like we'll matched. Gave the other team a run for their money & maybe clarifies a few areas of their own to improve & up their game for next time.

Bu it was beaten to shit, and I literally had tape and wires holding thw propulsion system together and handles. That thing didn’t owe me one cent.

We also had frankenbox, some kids wedged the lock on our farmstand so I couldn’t lock it. So I welded a heavy duty hasp on to it and put a huge padlock on it. I am not a very good welder, and if you looked closer you’d see why I call it frankenbox. 😂

Sounds right up my alley! Rainfall w/ frog songs is a recording I often select for "background go to sleep" noises. :p 🌧️
