Somehow people have forgotten something; these two were sentenced to prison for "life without the possibility of parole" for murdering both of their parents in cold blood.

Now, they're getting a re-sentencing hearing which could potentially negate their first sentence (which was upheld and deemed an appropriate punishment for the crimes they committed under both facts and law). In essence, they're now asking for the court to give them parole.

All I can say is WTF? Has everyone gotten so fucking stupid that they don't understand basic things?

Meanwhile he posts death notices and claims they involve politics because the dead guy once did a few political things 60 years ago and was given an award/recognition for those things.

Pardons for criminals are reserved for whites. I mean for years I saw pictures of the brothers and believed them to be privileged white males wrongfully accused and incarcerated and then trump made me realize that the name Menendez meant these guys really were probably illegals so, hell yeah, let them rot!

While you continually demonstrate you don't understand basic concepts of law and criminal justice, surprisingly I do agree with you here. (for once.) This is ridiculous; these guys committed a heinous crime. they do not deserve parole any more than John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy- or those who participated in violent insurrections against the U.S. government in 2021.
