Dementia was acceptable to the democratic party back when Biden was pretending to run the country.
His entire demeanour has deteriorated. He's dour, spiteful and bombastic. He cares nothing for whether a statement is true or false because nobody dares to challenge him to his face.
He told the world that there were no tariffs after WW1 and that caused the Great Depression and nobody laughed. He campaigned on no new wars and low taxes, and he's done little but threaten wars and raise taxes ever since.
Something that came out of 'Taxation Day' was that he didn't dare include Russia in his Spite Against The World campaign. It turns out that Putin putting him on hold for two hours and then telling him to stay in his own lane or face the consequences worked.
He's just a schoolyard bully after all.
