Tom Crusie has Jack Reacher's humor and charisma, unlike Alan Ritchson. If your single requirement for the character is "he is 6'3," Ritchson is fine. He just can't act.

I like the Amazon Series, but I re-watch the first movie for a tight script, decent dialogue and a show don’t tell narrative of a man who obsessively digs through a puzzle until there is no puzzle but just layers of an onion
