I gave that serious thought earlier today... more with full nights than naps. "If I somehow managed to go to sleep at the same time every day of the week and just slept until I woke, would it eventually even out to a consistent number of hours each night?"
I may be too old to start such an intense experimentation.

It’s probably going to be less expensive to retro fit than to buy even a newer used truck with those features. Prices of used cars are going up and not down as they used to.

That's what I think, too. Also, Chevy doesn't make the Avalanche anymore. And, I bought this truck for my husband's birthday in 2009. He was declared legally blind in December of 2009; he only got to drive it for 6 months.
