But if yer in the area, Ill meet you for a coffee or cocktail and we can see where it goes!

Side note: there is one user I talk with regularly who has said if his baseball team meets mine in the world series, we are going together to a game. Ill happily let him drown his sorrows against my chest as my Dodgers whoop his team.
Chances the Dodgers go to the WS: prob 25-30%
Chanes his team go: probably 5%

You never know. Imp and were togther like seven years and we met in the Authors Hangout, right here on Lit. We met in "Shared Air" at a book signing we had in Milwaukee, with a few other Lit authors... we afterward had several gatherings with that group of 8-12. A few years on, there were a couple gatherings in Chicago that got put together where there was like 40 of us. I know of at least two couples who married after meeting on Lit. Not saying you're looking for a husband, Kit. Also not saying I wouldn't volunteer, though...

ETA:Our teams can't meet in the world series... but I would love to share a game with you at either Petco or Dodger stadium. But maybe a Laker game would be better, so we would be cheering for the same team. I never had any allegiance to the Clippers. My loyalties were already formed by the time they moved from Buffalo. Lakers are my NBA team and the Kings are my NHL team....
