This is beyond 'lol'.
This is a horrific breach of security at all levels. The discussion should have been restricted to a Faraday Cage office, with all phones surrendered before entry. The fact that this bunch of alcoholic morons have even thought of using Signal as a means of discussing Top Secret matters beggars belief. Every member of that group should be suspended, have all security vetting withdrawn and be prosecuted.
Absofuckinglutley unbelievable. Except their cult leader said it was OK to store such documents on a function room stage behind a curtain, in a pool noodle storage room, in a bathroom and in a room with an internet scanner.
