What's your normal; resting pulse like when you first wake up? When I was once in really good shape and in my 20s living at sea level mine was 38-42 bpm. I redline putting my socks on now LOL

To paraphrase Google, "I am far too old and curvaceous to have such a low resting pulse." But here's the kicker, it doesn't drop that low when I sleep at night...

I edited my caption to state it’s a throwback to a trip I took last year. I love staying in suites and lounging around in their robes.
