can someone help me with an information? i was thinking of starting to write a novel. have outlined it. just need a mentor and editor to complete it. so where should i post about it?

i thought of editors forum, but it seems like there the editors are only for editing and proof reading after a story is completed, but mine is not completed. so i learnt i actually need a mentor as i am a newbie.

any information will be a lot of help to me.

In Story Ideas, you can outline a story and ask for additional thoughts, critiques whatever. I have donated my diseased mind there a time or two. You'll get different perspectives, twists and turns and sometimes whole plots you've never considered. That or ChatAI or the like.
