To me it’s just soggy bread

I wouldn't say dumplings are an art form but in reality they are soggy bread. I grew up in PA. Dutch country and there are good dumplings and some not so good!

So far I'm doing well in my class, but my last paper might have to be resubmitted...I comprehended the instructions wrong and didn't notice until after I sent it She usually compliments me on my work. It's nice to read her comments

What do you mean by that acually? The way S/He sounds has some hints for the name or what?

I Have a cat but i never noticed any thing like that, guess it will be a help to call her if i call her by her preferred name.

That's what I said, too. I don't want to do it like my parents did.

My poor beloved uncle did something similar towards the end. Throat cancer. Very limited in what he could swallow. Often he would "chew and spit" to enjoy the flavor of something even though he couldn't actually eat it anymore.
It was gross - but I didn't begrudge him such a simple pleasure.
Young me could not have handled it but adult me volunteered to dispose of the chewings... so I could compose myself to/from the kitchen. Was hard to see him in that condition.

I feel I got off easy this year (@Wonderer67 )

Daylight savings - lost an hour
Then soon after flew from East Coast to Midwest and gained it back.
Could that have "evened me out"?
Might have to keep this in mind for next year.
