At the top of my head I'm thinking a battle of intrigue on who gets to sway the judge or jury no matter the cost: a corrupt prosecutor, or a very unethical defense lawyer. Either way, the story will go the way OP plotted it. These are just layers of intrigue that might give some extra flavor.

You could add this along the onlyfans portfolio. Maybe you meant the tampering like that, but we could see what would be more powerful. Corruption and money versus the desperation of a beautiful woman that uses her body to get in the favour of the judges. She seems to win, but money is still needed. Well, I'm no expert or even close to a writer, but here are some of the ideas.

1. The husband here was a reporter, who got a lead about a real estate tycoon. This tycoon purchased some land from state at a very low evaluation to construct commercial building (or something like that). The husband tried to dig into the lead and found some proof.

2. The tycoon come to know due to his connections, he sent one of his key guy (i.e. the attacker) .... to handle this matter for him.

3. The attacker took two of his men and broke in the house. Off course they'll be armed, though they did not have any intention to use any weapon. The husband tied to threaten them and in return, he got a some light beating (i.e. not much hard at this stage).

4. The attacker searched his house, found the proof.

5. The wife looks terrified (off course). The attacker was cocky, knowing the fact that the business tycoon is at his back and he will get away with anything eventually.

6. The husband again threaten to involve police into this and this is where the attacker wanted to demonstrate to him his power, he fuck his wife in front of him, while the husband was tied up.
