I forgot to prepare my French press last night. I’ve been really getting into that cold brew (really room temp ) coffee, and making it the night before.

So now it’s steeping while I’m starting my workout!

I did. They convened without warning and were unanimous.


The good news is, we were still new to one another then and they didn't hold it against me.


I remember that some times, Calypso would put the bridge of his nose (a very long thing) against my body and then rub it up and down against me. I suspected that it itched and it was how he scratched. It was kinda funny.

In had an erratic sleep as kept thinking about medical doctors and well meaning but intrusive know it alls. I should know better that they aren’t worth my time.

I plan on brunch with my companion lady and then a nice walk in the park as it warms into the 50s.

I will be looking for a good and caring primary care physician. Mine was good for most of the 20 years I had him but now he is closing in on retirement and missing things. It’s both irritating and sad.

A good doc is worth their weight and gold. Ask around, look at reviews and try a few people.

Cold brew is sooo delicious and smooth! I think I just like coffee in all its forms and ways. I do really love a French press or a pour over. I own both but well I also like when my coffee is ready when I get downstairs 😂

Getting that workout early!! Yes! Nice job!

It really is different. I was surprised by how much I’d like it.

It sounds like one of those newfangled coffee things, but it’s much more smooth and much less bitter.

My wife has complained about this for years. She’s an outdoor worker and even women jeans and women’s Carharts have smaller pockets.

Then this topic came up with my daughter last night over dinner! WTH? My daughter described it as a women’s pants designer conspiracy.

And big purse! (She’s got a good sense of humor!)

Someone PLEASE make women’s pants w larger pockets! 😂

My daughter has leggings with pockets big enough for her phone and she literally gets dropped and asked where she got them just because of the pockets 😂

So I went to see "Mickey 17" tonight. By myself, sadly. There were three other people in the theater so it was quiet. Interesting movie, still absorbing some of the ideas.
