The Domino's are starting to fall.

You can't even get a thread title correct, ChodeBum. Shut your ignorant hole.
Even if it were punctuated correctly, it would not work as a metaphor. "Dominos" falling are not applicable to anything on this subject, not even metaphorically.

AceRebelWat has never made sense. Maybe he should go back to the free verse poetry he used to do. It was dumb, but weird enough to be unintentionally funny.

I like this.

North American Universities in general have always cozied up to treasonists of various stripes in the name of academic integrity/freedom.

But what doesnt get mentioned is universities get truckloads of public funding AND charge huge tuitions to wealthy anti-west kids as a backdoor to Citizenship.

Meanwhile, regular white folks cant afford an education.

That needs to be corrected.

If it means Professors lose their Golden Chairs, well boo fucking hoo.
I have mixed feelings about it honestly.

IF this guy was actively advocating hate speech, violence, racism, or in this case, violent jihad, radical Islamic extremism and violence towards Jews or Christians then...YES! Throw his ass out!

HOWEVER, if that is NOT the case, and he is simply talking about what is going on in Gaza and trying to document the horrific suffering that is going on there, then this is a violation of his freedom of speech. From what I have heard, this case leans more towards the latter than the former; that is, he is not using his academic status as a platform to lobby for extremism, violence, and so on, but merely to protest what is going on in Gaza, and draw attention to their plight. IF that is the case, then he did nothing wrong- certainly nothing to deserve being expelled from the US. And that has scary implications for all of us. I would like to know more about the case before having any kind of judgement here.

Based on Miller's video, nobody even accuses him of pro-terrorist activity.

As Miller points out, criticizing the existence of Israel is not antisemitic.

The "Immigration and Naturalization" act is pretty clear as the the authority of the Sec. of State re. kicking unwanted alien asses out of the country. No conditional statement in there like, "unless some piece of shit judge in an inferior court disagrees."

Fuck the court. Hope Mahmoud likes his all expense paid, one way trip, to the Gaza Strip. Then that boy can 'get down with the struggle', right?

Congress cannot constitutionally pass any law that does not include that conditional statement between the lines. Congress cannot set anything out of reach of the courts.

Deport a taxpayer on the taxpayers' dime and claim victory. That's not very efficient.

Didn't work. They flew him to Louisiana and they're holding him there. Done before the court order. New York judge has no jurisdiction in Louisiana. They're getting smart. His ass will be in Damascus tomorrow.....

According to reports, Khalil was moved to an ICE detention center in Louisiana. Why is that important? Because while Furman issued his order based on Khalil's New York petition for habeas corpus (i.e., that he be released pending further litigation), the law requires that the petition be filed in the federal court district the subject is being held in. If Khalil isn't in New York anymore, and it seems fairly certain he isn't, then Furman has no jurisdiction over the case. It sure seems like the Trump administration just did an end-around a Barack Obama-appointed judge.

It was a federal judge. He still has jurisdiction over the case. If he didn't, the FBI or ICE or any other federal law-enforcement agency could forum-shop in any case just by moving the defendant -- completely unacceptable to the federal court system.

The law requires that the petition be filed in the federal court district the subject is being held in. NY is in 2nd, Louisiana is in 5th

Even undocumented immigrant are taxpayers -- and producers and consumers in the American economy -- but this administration just doesn't seem to care about that.

It's still not gonna fly. No federal judge is gonna let ICE get away with forum-shopping, not even if he's Federalist Society scum.

And that? Hard to take seriously anything that speaks of "Hollywood pedophile elites." Oh sure, child stars in Hollywood often got perved on and casting-couched, but that's nothing to do with pedophilia in the QAnon sense.

Are these Commies really that STUPID? MARCH MADNESS! Can it get any better?๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ€1000002694.jpg
