I don’t think so. As long as the law is equally and strictly enforced for any violence. There is no place for that.
We will have to build mental institutions and more jails since the democrats closed most of them down. Go to any large city downtown. Mental illness and crime is the norm not the exception.
President Trump has lots of experience building skyscrapers. Prisons will be no problem. Good investment on the tariff money .
