Let's hear your Voice! Part 2

It can be hard as hell yo chissle out time for it. Just do a little here or there. 5 minutes here or there adds up! Weights were a breeze today even with the weight increase! I blame adrenaline. Running will kill me tomorrow though. Ugh. I need a prize for running.

Can't talk at the moment but...
• 1 oz vodka.
•1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
• 4 oZ Ginger Beer.
• Ice.
• Peach slices for garnish.

It needs a little something... like a fresh peach slice smashed in the bottom before hand.. or like @SWR101 Suggested- a simple Jalapeño syrup. Good, but not as great as the Blackberry one I had in Nashville last year.

A regular Moscow Mule is...
2 ounces vodka (I recommend Tito’s brand)
½ ounce fresh lime juice (about ½ medium lime)
4 ounces ginger beer
Lime wedge, for garnish

I prefer the Kentucky variant where you use bourbon.
Sub Evan Williams Peach for the schnapps
And some other less expensive but drinkable bourbon for the vodka

I live in Kentucky.. bourbon I have a plenty. But you see, I had a three way with makers Mark, Gentleman Jack, ,and Jack Daniel's one night.. my ancestors felt my pain the next morning. So, my taste for bourbon is a bit... meh.

I get that, I just personally don’t care for unaged spirits. No “almost died” stories, just like a little more flavor
