You have no reason whatsoever to believe a word of that.

If DOGE had found evidence, they would not wait for legal processes. They would publish it immediately.

In the 2026 midterms, there will be such a blue tsunami as we haven't seen since FDR! No Republican's seat will be a safe one!

I'm a lawyer. But publishing the evidence immediately is what politicians would do -- and there is no legal advantage to be gained by sitting on it. Each party to a case is supposed to know everything the other has before a trial begins anyway -- that's what the discovery process is for. Keeps litigation from resembling a poker game. The courts do not like any surprises being sprung after trial begins.

How would I see sealed indictments? They're sealed. And "southern District courts" is too vague to be useful.
