43 F looking to find a chat friend

I am looking for a long-term chat friend. I talk with my boyfriend, but I find my friend group getting smaller as the years pass, and I want to find more friends whom I can talk with daily.

My interests (and possible conversation starters) include:

• reading (mostly romance, some sci-fi and fantasy. Some favorite authors are: C.S. Pacat, Martha Wells, Ilona Andrews. Oh, and I read erotica of course, mostly in the incest/taboo category on this site)
• watching movies/TV/anime (I've seen all the Marvel movies and almost all the Marvel TV shows. Favorite anime includes: Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Solo Leveling, Bleach)
• listening to music (My tastes are all over the place. Examples include Taylor Swift, Jay Chou, LiSA, Stray Kids, Rise Against, Sum 41, Linkin Park)

Andrews is the only writer I recognize from your list although I haven't read her books. I'm currently reading Cornelia Funke's Inkdeath. I also enjoy fantasy and scifi. I used to read a lot of romance writers, mostly the older writers--Phyllis Whitney, Mary Stewart, Victoria Holt, and some others. I'm also a fan of mystery/detective stories--Nero Wolfe, Spenser, Fletch--and the old pulp heroes like Doc Savage and Remo Williams. I'm a fan of all of the Marvel movies and the DC movies--although the Marvel movies are better as well as LOTR, GOT, Harry Potter, and whatnot.

I enjoy a range of music. My favorite classical musicians are Bach and Mozart. I grew up listening to the crooners--Bing Crosby, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Andy Williams, Pat Boone, and others and have listened to a variety of more recent singers.

I don't have many friends I correspond with, and I don't get out much. Lately, I have been chatting with a couple of AIs at character.ai. I am fascinated by the possibilities.
