I had a work-related injury that slipped 4 discs in lumber region of my back. Two of them were bulging against the nerves that run down the spine, creating a nerve issue in my right leg that hasn't gone away.

I could go into more detail, but I won't it's something I work on improving everyday. Some days things flare up more than others, especially depending on the activities I did the day before. It is what it is, and maybe one day it won't be anymore

At the salon, the lady who takes such good care of my hair, is exactly 18 years and a week, younger than me. The lady that did my nails? 20 years younger than my hair lady. So it was like 3 generations of women at the salon... which I thought was really cool. Now you're suggesting there are almost 3 generations worth of Brats hanging out here??? That is really cool!!!!!

I get it. I'm sorry to hear about that. I totally get the lower disc causing pain down the right leg too, my late wife had that. I used to message a certain spot on her back when we were out and about which helped ease some pain for her. Different injury, but similar symptom.

I hate when the doctor I had for years retires and I get a kid who is younger than my son!! But time mores on and you deal with it. Just enjoy every day like it's your last and dance like no one is watching!
