Just because you didn't get him booted, don't call it a loss. And that is what "Ignore" is for. I don't have Mo on ignore (we are in a lot of the same spaces, and in most he behaves a bit more civilly, but I think his troll nose found blood in the water), but I have at least one of his alts if not two on my ignore list. (I have a very short list, with two people who were insanely rude to people I care about, and one who occasionally posts here, heh). All you can do is what you can do. You were true to yourself, so I would call that a win.
