For the last thirty years.......I haven't been able to wear anything to bed. If I do try to have underwear on, they come off in the dark while I am still sleeping after about two hours. I can only think of a few exceptions a few times when I went camping and it was pretty cold over the night. Even in situations where I have gone to a retreat where people are sleeping 'barracks' style with ten or twenty others in the same room. I learned to bring an full size bed spread that is three times larger than the cot, I go ahead and wear an undershirt and underpants to bed but once under the covers, I would take both off and put them inside my pillowcase and in thee morning I would put them back on.

Not a prude , love to be naked. but would never want to be seen by anyone not expecting to see a naked man. Gym changing rooms, nude beaches or resorts. Fine.

I actually have a fear of having to go to a nursing home or have an overnight stay in a hospital at some point in my life.....I don't know thatI I can change in that I strip off anything that is on me.
