When the President is exercising plenary Article II powers there is nothing the Congress or the courts can do about it.At some point the impoundment act is going to have to be argued in court. Sooner rather than later. Congress.must be involved in appropriations.
… because checks and balances. Whoever thought of that dumb idea? When the President is exercising plenary Article II powers there is nothing the Congress or the courts can do about it.
When he messes with allocated funds, both can and should do something about it. Congress allocates money. The impoundment act requires that the President notify and get oversight from Congress. When the President is exercising plenary Article II powers there is nothing the Congress or the courts can do about it.
Did he really twit that? Is the shitwit aware that golden ages have traditionally been seen as beacons of enlightenment and progress not petty little vindictive hate-fests?"Cruelty Is The Point".

Even though you've proven to be ignorant about many laws you conflate, you probably still know more than Derpy. When the President is exercising plenary Article II powers there is nothing the Congress or the courts can do about it.
He can investigate fraud and abuse, he can withhold funds being expended fraudulently, whether it be allocated or discretionary. He is the unitary executive, he and the Vice President are the only elected persons in the federal government. It is he, the President, who's is responsible to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed." He is the chief defender of the law and the Constitution. When he messes with allocated funds, both can and should do something about it. Congress allocates money. You don't understand the impoundment act.He can investigate fraud and abuse, he can withhold funds being expended fraudulently, whether it be allocated or discretionary.
Congress allocates the funds. The President doesn't. He needs to faithfully execute the Impoundment act.He is the unitary executive, he and the Vice President are the only elected persons in the federal government. Not if it is clear the law is being violated. Congress is not a party to crime and if they are they are subject to the same executive enforcement power I just described. You don't understand the impoundment act.

Save this tweet when Democrats regain BOTH the House and Senate in the Midterms and pull a McConnell by blocking Trump's initiatives for the remainder of his second and final term."Cruelty Is The Point".

It is clear. The President has taken multiple actions that require notice to Congress for oversight, with proper advance. Not if it is clear the law is being violated. Congress is not a party to crime and if they are they are subject to the same executive enforcement power I just described.
He did tweet that. It was removed within 20 minutes of posting, but everything on the Internetz is eternal.Did he really twit that? Is the shitwit aware that golden ages have traditionally been seen as beacons of enlightenment and progress not petty little vindictive hate-fests?
Also displaying the typical spelling fubars of their moronic followers. One toes the line. One doesn't tow it, unless one's a deep sea angler. Fucking idiot.
He's gone to the SCOTUS. We will see what happens. It is clear. The President has taken multiple actions that require notice to Congress for oversight, with proper advance.
Congress allocates the money.
The truth is you're treading in deep shit and Trump just bought a new motorboat. He did tweet that. It was removed within 20 minutes of posting, but everything on the Internetz is eternal.

What law has been violated in distributing FEMA aid to Georgia? Not if it is clear the law is being violated. Congress is not a party to crime and if they are they are subject to the same executive enforcement power I just described.
The people have filed lawsuits and judges have responded.
I haven't seen SCOTUS respond yet, but may have missed today's news.
Congress alone controls the money. When the President is exercising plenary Article II powers there is nothing the Congress or the courts can do about it.
