Whether you're spending it with someone special, many special people, or us here in the Brat House, I hope it ends up better than you expected

Of the three shown, well...with the second and third, I believe I made my appreciation for a specific form of jewelry rather clear here in the House last night. Beautiful, just beautiful. And the others? You and warm water is a lovely combination, and my adoration of the second picture knows almost no bounds.

But the first picture you shared? Oh, that picture calls to me. It calls to me in fairy tales, and flowers. It makes me want to take your hand and dance you happy, spin you until you are as giddy as I. It makes me want to draw you into the quiet of the woods. It makes me want to bury myself in the perfume of your hair, of sun on your skin. It makes me want to find your neck with my mouth, and kiss every freckle on your body. It makes me...

I have not, but I have heard a lot of good things about The Last Good Kiss.

Been reading a lot of Block's Scudder novels, and I am working on a novel based in the 1930s, so revisiting Chandler, Hammett, Cain and the like.

2 of the 3 in the Last good kiss series were great. And the one that wasn’t was still enjoyable because you’re so invested in the characters at that point. Give it a try
