Okay... I want to share this, 'cause it was pretty cool.

As I'm sitting here, having fun in the Brat House, I have a fire in the fireplace, and there's a wind storm growing outside. Even though there is a song playing, I hear a faint sound of a kitty in trouble.

I jump up, check outside (it's freezing out there right now too!!) and check around in the front yard, look around on the back patio, turn on the light... and way across the yard I see one of my kittens... so I ran over there and talked and called to her... and she came right in.

I am so happy... she knew she was safe now. And her sister was already inside, as was my doggo. So I closed the doggy door to keep them all in, and safe.

But I'm still so touched she came running when I called to her.

I thought so... probably dopey, but I just wanted to share because I thought was so special. And that is ... the forth time I've had to go searching for my wild child and either outright rescue her, or encourage down and in. This time, she just ran up and met me at the door (I was running from the other side of the house).
