Wrist update: out of the plaster cast and into a fancy custom thermoplastic cast. It's removable which is great. I can shower and heat my wrist which is helping immensely. I've already started working on my range of motion because I can't get in to hand therapy until March. The one upside of a being accident prone is that I've learnt how to rehab myself so well. I've made incredible gains this weekend and can't already type and play piano again. I fatigue easily and require a lot of rest. But, I'm already seeing massive gains
