Yesterday you had a full-blown Emotional Dysregulation breakdown, which would be difficult to deal with even if you weren't on the Spectrum.
I honestly thought you'd start stimming, rocking back and forth and chanting your little self-talk self-control tic "GO FUCK YOURSELF" over and over like you've done in the past, but evidently you were too far gone by that point.
I suggest you contact your therapist and inquire about alternative treatment strategies. Whatever regimen s/he has you on right now seems to be less and less effective with each passing day.

As I see it the controversy evolving sanctuary cities is that if the city has in its custody a person who has no legal right to be in this country, they won't advise ICE who in turn would have then deported that person. No why in heaven's name is that a sane policy? Do we not have enough criminals in this country that we need to import foreign criminals? I daresay that issue was one of the main reasons Trump won the election.
