It's definitely a thing, I'm a man with an SPH kink. I've spoken many other men with it too. If women are into it is a different matter. In my experience women who take part in SPH do it for the benefit of the man they are with, because it turns him on. I don't think I've encountered a woman who has an SPH kink or is turned on by SPH.
