I'm wondering if my daughter has adjusted to Central European Time yet...

I would think so. Good rule of thumb is it takes as many days to fully adjust to a new time zone as the number of hours from your home time zone. I think it's been 10 days since she left? About? And central European time zone is less than that - especially from the east coast.

(9 hours for me from the west coast - 6 hours from the east coast.
And she has youth on her side. I bet she felt pretty well set in her new time in 5 days).

All of NZ is summery ( finally!) but yes the weather is usually warmer up North.
Can't wait to get away..I've got about 6 weeks off work so making the most of our time away..

It's hard, all her classes save one are in French taught by French instructors. She is at her capacity among people who are native speakers. But this will be an incredible experience for her.
