Do they have Starbucks in Vancouver? That always sounded like more of a Tim Horton's kind of place rather than a Starbucks town.
I wish I could help give a better answer but I am not familiar with that city, hopefully someone else on here will chime in who is.

I would think so. Seattle has a couple bdsm/friendly spots. You may have to do some digging since these places don’t always advertise.

A lot of those places are VERY underground, as in, they don't even advertise on the web. It's one of those "You have to know the right people" kind of things, and "The Right People" might not be willing to share with people they don't know very well. At least, that's been my experience. There is, supposably, an underground club that operates here in the city I live in but it's pretty exclusive and I've never had an "in" with them.
