DOJ Said To Be Terrified

   Might as well be Jeffrey Epstein!
Sorry, Jeff left the planet already [hung in his cell.] Gaetz resigned today so the heat is off for him now.

It seems like a bit of irony at play: Trump wins, and his trials go away; he gives Gaetz the DA job of overseeing criminal prosecutions while Matt was/is/allegedly responsible for sexual acts with minors. Epstein and Trump were also accused of that as well.

Birds of feather, flock fuck together.

Where are all the righteous religious nuts? Why are they not after these guys? Birds of a feather...

If you were some slimy bottom-dweller slithering around in a swamp wouldn't you be nervous if a drainage ditch was being dug to drain your home?
In his first term, Trump only drained the swamp into the West Wing.

Breaking: "Sources close to the 47 team have said that Don Jr is wetting his pants more frequently because he's afraid his dad will leave him out of the administration."
I doubt it, he has the best seat in the house.

In place of Gaetz for USAG we now have Pam Bondi.

Not much improvement:

Tenure

Bondi was the lead attorney general in an unsuccessful lawsuit seeking to overturn the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (known as Obamacare) in Florida et al v. United States Department of Health and Human Services. In the lawsuit the State of Florida and 26 other states argued that the individual mandate provision of the ACA violates the United States Constitution.[14]

In 2016, Bondi gave a speech at the Republican National Convention, during which she led "Lock her up" chants directed at the Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.[15]

In 2018, Bondi joined with 19 other Republican-led states in a lawsuit to overturn the ACA's bans on health insurance companies charging people with pre-existing conditions higher premiums or denying them coverage outright.[16]

Bondi opposed same-sex marriage and other LGBTQ rights issues on behalf of the state.[17] Following the 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting in June 2016, Bondi was interviewed by CNN reporter Anderson Cooper, who said that Bondi's expression of support for the LGBT community was at odds with her past record.[18][19][17] Cooper said that Bondi was "either mistaken or not telling the truth," while Bondi accused Cooper of fomenting "anger and hate."[18]

In August 2018, while still serving as Florida Attorney General, Bondi co-hosted The Five on Fox News three days in a row while also appearing on Sean Hannity's Fox News show.[20] Fox News claimed that the Florida Commission on Ethics had approved Bondi's appearance on the program; however, spokeswoman for the commission denied that, telling the Tampa Bay Times that no decision was made by the commission and that the commission's general counsel did not make a determination whether or not Bondi's appearance as a host violated the Florida Code of Ethics. The Tampa Bay Times described it as "unprecedented" for a sitting elected official to host a TV show.[20]

She will kick ass and take names, just like Matt would have.
Political independence is more important to the DOJ than to any other department -- the DOJ's job is to police the White House, because nobody else can do that. How is Bondi going to preserve that independence?

Then you should have been more concerned when Obama and Biden were in power. Too late now.

Is AJ the same as BB? I was Iceprincess12, but I think these people were before my time on this board. Unless BB is the guy I called Mr. Tree on the General Board. I know people hated him.

But hi anyway. Today is World Kindness Day.

That was AJ.

In place of Gaetz for USAG we now have Pam Bondi.

Is she likely to purge the DOJ, I wonder?
According the Joe Bidden the justice department is corrupt and they went after Hunter for political reasons. That is the only reason he stepped in with a pardon so that his dealings with communist China can never be prosecuted. So, if Joe thinks the DOJ is corrupt then it must really need some sunlight.

Kash Patel is now the presumptive head of the FBI and he's planning on some big changes. Here are just a few of the drastic changes coming...

- All FBI agents must go back to wearing trenchcoats, carrying snub-nose revolvers, and saying "see?" after every statement: Presentation matters, see?
- Cancel all current plans to assassinate Donald Trump: But cool trenchcoats first.
- All of Melania's underwear recovered during the Mar A Lago raid must be returned: They've had it long enough.
- From now on, all agents must submit a written request before grooming a mass shooter: Finally, a return to common sense MKUltra policies.
- X-Files to be reopened: Agents therein now report directly to the president.
- New Applicants must weigh under 400 pounds: This is a step in the right direction for fitness requirements.
- The Chief Officer of Quadrapalegic Black Lesbian Representation will be fired: No severance package.
- Remove all 850 wiretaps at Mar-a-Lago: It's a waste of resources since Trump publicly shares everything anyway.
- Agents are now required to arrest pedophiles: This is a new, cutting-edge idea in criminal justice.
- No more work retreats at Epstein Island: Kash Patel is such a party pooper.

Friday Night Smackdown at the DOJ—Dozens of J6 Prosecutors Sent Packing

What a lovely start to the weekend. Interim D.C. U.S. attorney Edward R. Martin Jr. isn’t sitting around sipping tea, and on late Friday afternoon, he axed about 30 federal prosecutors who worked on J6 cases over the last four years. The prosecutors were on probationary status after being converted to full-time from shorter-term positions after Election Day under circumstances the Trump administration is investigating, according to documents from Martin and acting deputy attorney general Emil Bove that were emailed around 5 p.m. and viewed by The Washington Post.

…career prosecutors who have served under presidents of both parties say Martin is politicizing the office and potentially breaking with 50 years of Justice Department policy and practice intended to shield criminal prosecutions from political considerations. They warn that an exodus of veteran prosecutors will threaten public safety and national security, leaving a more pliant institution that could enable Trump’s avowed desire to punish his foes in a second term.

It’s almost laughable to hear these supposed “career prosecutors” whining about politicizing the Justice Department after the banana republic-style antics we’ve been seeing for the last four years under the Biden-Harris-Merrick Garland regime when they seemed more focused on “getting” Trump, prosecuting Catholics and parents and destroying the lives of anyone who was anywhere near the Capitol on January 6 than they were about nabbing terrorists and keeping our country safe. The corruption of the justice system is exactly what these terminations are aimed at—digging out the rot that has infected the various bureaucracies. And it’s not the first shot in that endeavor fired by the nascent administration: That wasn’t Martin’s only move, however, and on January 21 he sent a letter to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) inquiring about Schumer’s incendiary comments aimed at the Supreme Court in 2020 when he appeared to call for violence against the justices.

...and no more purple hair and tackle box decorated faces as well. :D

Too bad they chewed out all of the crotches . . . .
