I never said Menedez wasn’t guilty, he is. However Menendez criticized Biden’s border policy on several occasions and I believe democrats cover for their own, but not in this cases. Garland’s DOJ was correct for pressing charges but I believe not for justice sake but for mob type vengeance for outwardly criticizing the Biden’s border policy. I believe Garland will be judged by history as the most political and corrupt AG in our recent history. IMHO Now that Garland is out of office the truth will come out in bits and pieces over time. Now compare the Biden admin charging people actually breaking the law with thin skinned trump himself directing minions to go after people because they said mean things about him and tried to hold him accountable for his actions: Milley, J6 committee, removing protections for people under real threat of life. Not rule of law, but retribution. And how would you characterize that type of leader?
