I do happen to have many photos of my hair short...but they are AI generated. Still, it looks hyper-real and pretty cool.

I know the basics of how to throw one... I can tell you this, It's not a fun day for the catcher. Hadd a buddy in college that threw the knuckler, and every time Jake started a game I felt like I was relearning my craft as a catcher. I agree with the late great Bob Uecker. The easist way to catch a knuckleball is to wait until it stops rolling then pick it up.
