French press for coffee and a Mokapot for espresso(ish) (I have a post in my thread on how to make sure the coffee isn't bitter). It is great for Cuban coffee and a nice Lavender latte (I make my own syrups. Surprised?). I also have an Aeropress for espresso shots when I worked in an office.

Oh, and Portland roasts the best coffee. Stumptown is my favorite, but we have a bunch, even one run by the students at the School for the Blind, who use it to fund scholarships.

Back in 2019, I got Covid bad enough to destroy my taste buds, so coffee tasted weird. Then in late 2020 I got covid again and it dammed near killed me, so now coffee tastes like warm water and whiskey tastes like...coffee

When I got Delta, I lost all senses of taste and smell for months. Horrible, weird, and absolutely depressing.
