The Transitioning......(no, not THAT Transition, the Trump one....)

If they work. Personally I think WFH is great, but it does rely very much on the Protestant work ethic and a high trust society, which we increasingly are not. But regardless, this is a great way to identify the subversives and terminate them
And as Elon has demonstrated, an 80% reduction in work force goes a long way in saving $$$$$$ too.

The bolded bit has been MIA since Y2K, except for boomers, some of whom retired. Otherwise, the lackeys need an overseer so that Ol' Massa is getting his due.

Why wouldn't they work?

No, it's a.matter of how you measure productivity. You don't improve that by working in an office. It literally is understanding how productivity is measured. Bodies in offices is not a good measure of that...it's just an easier measure.

For a guy who was in the ER on Monday, you sure pent a hell of a lot of time posting on this forum, Rebel5, or should I say Jeff, or Horatio... ah fuck it. It looks like that ER allows their patients unlimited internet access to log onto their multiple profiles...

^doesn't understand what "unlimited data" means.

And the magical thing about getting rid of 80% of the workforce is that you can divest yourself of 80% of the real estate associated with that workforce.

An interesting side note is that some of the more senior office drones sold their over priced DC area digs and bought a decent plot of land in down state VA. or over in W.VA., West by God that is. Just a tad to far to commute. The good news is that they got out at near peak market, the bad news is sorta obvious.

Restricted Data is what they get on their O'Bamafonez.

I believe my first post on Monday was after 12pm so I have a difficult time believing his "you were here all day" proclamation when I obviously wasn't.

Basically, the guy is a nutjob who thinks he's cracked the code of the universe without understanding that there's no universe. Or code.

Or that it could do it if there/their/they're were one when it can't deduce what a put-up job Kamala was.

Is.

We may get one more round of it.

Kamala is done except for her upcoming election donation fund grifting.

This is who the DHS labelled as terrorists.

This is an actual memo written and released by them.

The Department of Homeland Security must be stripped down, gutted, and rebuilt.

Cultural. You ask that question because you come from a cultural background where that's an unstated expectation.

There are other cultures where people will think you're insane if you work where you're not supervised and don't have to. Twitter under Jack Dorsey was a prime example, if you remember back. Firing 90% of the staff had no impact for a very good reason. It's not a racial thing at all, it's cultural, purely and simply. Lots of examples both in America and internationally.

Oh, I totally agree, but again, work ethic. And not forgetting that a lot of govt work is make work and bureaucracy. Obviously there are jobs that are not, but that 80/20 rule of thumb is good. 80% of the work is done by 20% of the workers.....I have 2 suggestions right of.

Biden Admin hired 600k Fed employees in 4 years. Fire them all and reset staffing levels to 4 years ago. Pay severance, generously, but get rid of them.
Terminate the worst performing 10% right away.
Terminate everyone that doesn't show at the office on Monday without a valid reason.
Termimate all DEI team employees immediately.
Again, pay them off, generous severance, whatever it takes, but get rid of them.

Then start the serious cull, a la Twitter. Close down unnecessary Depts completely. Education - gone. I'm sure there's a lot of others.

Pareto's Principle rules. Damn near a universal constant.

What I find interesting is that there seem to be some senior officials in some agencies that are willing to risk their jobs to protect the people in the DEI offices. The only thing that makes sense to me is that they themselves are beneficiaries of DEI hiring................................which would explain their stupidity.

🙄

Chloe “Chicongo” Tzang, etc, "think" the federal government can be toyed with, like President Musk did with Xitter, without resulting in even more serious negative consequences than what happened with Xitter.

😑

Do you have any statistics that support this?

So you just don't like government workers and in order to make your argument, you literally just make up shit.

Got it

So you're moving to her district to get her voted out?

I wish. Alaska looks great, but where I live is pretty nice too. Not moving, and we got rid of our Dem Senator this election. Yaaaaaaay.
