Gator is tasty. Had a place up here in Portland that had an outstanding alligator jambalaya.Yea... Louisiana and Florida have gator babies everywhereI love them.
Also, alligator is very yummy, and if you've never tried it, I would highly recommend
@BrendaBear, I know you aren't a foodie, but did you ever make it to Le Bistro Montage? Amazing mac and cheese, and the chef gave me his recipe.

I used to live down the road a couple miles from The Roadhouse. Now I hit there before going to a Hops game. (That is minor league baseball sportsball).
